We acquired our business in 2004, at that time it was Coastal Carpet & Upholstery cleaning, which originated in 1955 in Buxton. Maine .  We changed the name to Coastal Cleaning Solutions, Inc, which suits services that we offer.We offer both residential and commercial traditional and environmentally safe "green" carpet cleaning, oriental rug cleaning, in-plant cleaning, upholstery cleaning, furniture cleaning, area rug cleaning, wall to wall carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, rug padding, carpet spotting, carpet stain removal, rug repair, carpet repair, rug wrapping, rug storage, antique rug cleaning, hand washed carpet cleaning and, persian and chinese rug cleaning.

Jay has always lived in Maine, while Jill spent most of her childhood in the mid-west.  We are very fortunate to have two beautiful kids: Ryan and Anna.

We both come from a customer service oriented profession prior to our business.  We know how important customer service is to us.  We made a promise to each other, as well as to our customers that customer service will be always  #1 on our list.

Our business, and customer service is often imitated, but NEVER duplicated!
